The solution features a common customer information record portal and management system for bank’s clients on all systems. Clients or customers and their related information are stored in a centralised database located at the bank’s headquarters or Head Office regardless of where it was created. Access for viewing and retrieving of client information can be done anywhere, anytime within the systems network. The system also incorporates a Picture/Signature Verification System (PSVS), where customer pictures and signature specimens can be linked for easy and fast quickly retrieval and verification.
Before a customer applies for any bank transactions he or she should be added first as client in the system.
